- 1/4 tsp thyme
- Freshly cracked pepper
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 1 lb penne pasta
- 2 Tbsp half and half or cream
- 1/2 bunch fresh parsley
- 1/2 bunch green onions
