STRAWBERRY LAYER BROWNIES

These Strawberry Layer Brownies are a sinfully sweet treat. They’re made up of a base of fudge brownies, topped with a layer of strawberry creme candy and a layer of chocolate ganache.

INGREDIENTS:

BROWNIE LAYER:

• 1 Boxed Fudge Brownie Mix , plus box indicated ingredients

STRAWBERRY LAYER:

• 2 tbsp unsalted butter
• 1/2 tsp strawberry extract
• 2 tbsp heavy cream
• 2 cups confectioners’ sugar
• 1/4 tsp red food coloring , optional

GANACHE:

• 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup heavy cream

OPTIONAL TOPPINGS:

• Chocolate Syrup
• Fresh Strawberries
• Whipped Cream
