INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb macaroni pasta
- 2 lbs cheese (cheddar, Gouda, fontina, Gruyere, etc...)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoon flour
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 3 cups milk
- 3 eggs, whisked
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- vegetable oil, for frying
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook pasta according to package directions, in a large pot.
