PALEO PEPPERMINT PATTIES


These Paleo Peppermint Patties are easy to make and are the perfect healthy treat. Only 5 ingredients and they are gluten free, dairy free, and so delicious!

Ingredients
White Layer
  • 1/2 cup coconut butter
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract


Chocolate Layer
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
