Matcha Frosting
- 1/2 cup cashew or other nut milk
- 1 teaspoon matcha, separated
- 1/4 cup raw cashews
- 2 and 1/2 tablespoons raw cacao butter, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 and 3/4 cups powdered sugar + 1/4 cup more if needed
- crushed pistachios for sprinkled topping
