- 2 Tbsp. corn syrup
- ¼ c. butter, cut into pieces
- ¼ c. heavy cream
- 1 Tbsp. Sour Cream
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- crushed salt flakes, to garnish
